The family has a farm near the house. The young woman and her mother used to look after the farm. On the afternoon of December 4, she left her home saying she was going to feed the cows at the farm. Then she did not return home. The girl’s mother filed a missing person’s diary at the Nyajat police station. Then the police started searching. But the girl was not found. On Saturday morning, local residents saw a body floating in the pond of the farm. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot. After the body was pulled out of the water, it was found to be the body of the missing girl. The hands, face and feet of the body were tied. A brick was also tied around her waist to drown the body in the water. In the initial investigation, the police suspect that the tribal girl was murdered and thrown into the water.
