Telangana CM Revanth Reddy Celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi at Residence

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy participated in the Ganesh Chaturthi festivities at his official residence today, offering prayers to Lord Ganesha along with his family. The celebrations marked the beginning of the nine-day Vinayaka Chaturthi festival, which is being observed with great devotion across the state.

The Chief Minister has also extended greetings to the people of Telangana on the auspicious occasion. In a statement, he prayed for Lord Ganesha to remove obstacles and bring prosperity, happiness, and good health to everyone’s lives. Reddy also used the occasion to issue directions to state officials to ensure the smooth conduct of the festivities, especially in light of the heavy rainfall. He instructed the police to manage traffic effectively and asked electricity department personnel to take precautions to prevent accidents at Ganesh pandals.

The Telangana government has also announced that it will provide free power supply to Ganesh pandals this year as well. The festivities, which include the installation of countless Ganesha idols in homes and public pandals, are a major cultural and religious event in the state
