Paul Bros Consulting LLP has announced the first close of its new angel fund, the GrowUp Venture Fund. This fund is a registered Category-I Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) with a target corpus of Rs 25 crore.
The fund’s primary focus is on investing in high-potential, women-led, and early-stage startups. With a 25-year tenure, the GrowUp Venture Fund aims to provide long-term capital and strategic guidance to support the growth of these ventures.
The minimum investment required is Rs 15 lakh, and the fund is expected to attract participation from angel investors, family offices, and other stakeholders in the startup ecosystem. According to Paul D, the managing partner, the fund is designed to identify and nurture future entrepreneurs and build sustainable businesses that contribute to India’s economic growth.
